What is Producer Pack?

Producer Pack is a leading  pro-audio download distributor since 2006. We offer sample libraries online to cut the costs associated with duplication, packaging and shipping, offering a fast, cost effective service which is beneficial to our customers and our producers. Producer Pack only suppliers the highest quality hand picked sample packs from the worlds best producers and sound development companies saving you the time and hasstle searching through poor quality products from other stores. All our products are tried and tested before it goes live and for sales on our website - You can be sure our products are of the highest quality available.

How does it work?

Its very Simple. The first thing you do is select the product or products you want to buy. Then you select  the format/s you want to buy them in. When you checkout you are taken to our very secure payment gateway via Sage Paye where you are taken to a secure page to pay for your product/s. You have the option to pay by PayPal or all major credit and debit cards, When you have paid a link will be sent to your 'My Account' area where you will be able to download the sounds you've bought. The links are available for 48 hours after purchase.

What payment methods to we accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, Switch, Amex, Mastercard and more.

Is buying online from Producer Pack safe?

Our payment processing is taken care of by one of the leading payment gateway providers Sage Pay, an internationally respected digital sales operator with high-end online security and customer services. Sage Pay processes millions of transcations every month so you can be sure they provide a fast and secure service. We also offer the ability to pay with world leading online payment provider Paypal.

I've bought my Sample Packs from Producer Pack but I cant download them. Please Help me!!

Hey don't worry! We split larger products into smaller, more manageable packs to make downloading easier and faster (You may not need all formats with our larger products). If you are having trouble downloading larger files however, you have 48 hours in which to download your sounds. If you have'nt had the time to download them right away, then simply Contact Us and explain your problem and we will be glad to help you. We will make sure you get what you have paid for and are happy with it.

I can't unzip/un-compress my files, please help me!!

In order to save space on our dedicated servers and to save you the time, we compress all our products for you to download, either in .ZIP format or sometimes .RAR format. UNPACK with PC: unpack Zip files using Winzip and Rar files using Rarzilla. UNPACK with MAC: unpack zip files using the native, in-build unarchiver, and Rar files using UnRarX. If you are having troubles unzipping your product and you are a Mac OS X user then use the 7zX utlity - sometimes the bundled decompression utility that comes with Mac OS X struggles with large folders

Do you store my personal or financial data?

At Producer Pack we do NOT keep your financial data. All personal financial data is processed completely independently by our payment provider partners, Sage Pay and PayPal. The only details we keep are the information you provided us when signing up to an account or Newsletter. We absolutly guarantee that none of this information is ever, or will ever be  passed to any third party. We are also subject to the legal stipulations of the UK Data Protection Act, which lays down strict guidelines on what can and cannot be done with personal data. We do not spam people.

If I buy samples from Producer Pack, can I use them in my music to sell?

Yes you can!! When you buy sounds from Producer Pack, you automatically buy a license to use the samples in your own productions. Please note that you are not obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sounds, you are in fact purchasing a LICENSE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The license is non-transferable, so if you are using an illegal copy of the product, you are not authorised to use the sounds. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the owner of the actual sounds. You can find more specific license information for the various companies whose products we distribute on the product pages.

How can I use these samples and sounds?

You have permission to use the samples in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You are allowed to release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you are the original purchaser of Producer Packs Dirty Dutch House Loops and you used sounds from this pack to create the soundtrack of a major television commercial, simply by using a drum loop sample with a synth loop sample, and the TV advert was broadcast hundreds of times, you would keep all royalties that the advert earns you, because you have purchased a private license to use the these sounds commercially. You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project - for instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample CD or multimedia sound library CD-ROM. You can find more specific license information for the various companies whose products we distribute on the product pages.

Do i have to give credit for my use of the samples on my music release?

No, you do not have to - but it is often very much appreciated by the producers or individual companies.

I make great sample packs and loops, can I sell them on Producer Pack?

Yes, we are constantly on the look out for new sound developers and sample pack producers. We pay extremly well for the right products and we're a forward thinking, young, friendly and exciting company to work with. Contact Us if you think you have what it takes. We respond quickly - especially if you can provide a link to your products.

I have my own sample pack company. Will you distribute my products?

If your products are of the high standard that we ask for then get in touch. We offer a very good deal for all our partners - including monthly royalty payments, competitive royalties, realtime sales accounting and very extensive on and offline advertising, upload your own products, set your own prices. We dont accept any and anybody at Producer Pack, we source only the best quality suppliers from around the world, so if you think you fit our criteria, then please get in touch with us.
